I ordered one 1pc double sided engraved gold bracelet but unfortunately somehow received two bracelets with my required engraving being split between them both! I wanted medical info externally and emergency contact details on interior but each bracelet just had the same detail inside and outside which is totally pointless! The quality is really nice and the engraving is very clear but the point is I only want to wear one bracelet with all my details on it. Fortunately I have received a refund for both bracelets.
