What materials do you use?

Our catalog spans six primary metals: 316L stainless steel (also called titanium steel), S925 sterling silver, copper, beryllium copper, brass, and zinc alloy. The majority of our pieces are built on stainless steel or sterling silver — chosen specifically for durability and skin safety.

For stones, we use cubic zirconia, moissanite, rhinestone, freshwater pearl, natural gemstones, synthetic opal, beeswax amber, and ceramic beads depending on the piece.

What is the difference between stainless steel and sterling silver?

Stainless steel (316L) is our most durable metal — corrosion-resistant, tarnish-resistant, and virtually maintenance-free under daily wear. Sterling silver (S925) is a precious metal — 92.5% pure silver — with a naturally bright lustre, preferred for fine-detail and premium pieces. It develops a natural patina over time that polishes off easily.

Both are excellent. The right choice depends on your lifestyle and how much maintenance you want to do.

Are your stones real?

Our stones are lab-grown or simulated — not mined. Cubic zirconia, moissanite, and synthetic opal are lab-created and chemically near-identical to mined stones, with a fraction of the environmental footprint. Moissanite has a refractive index higher than diamond — more fire and brilliance. Where we use natural materials (freshwater pearls, raw gemstones, beeswax amber), this is clearly stated in the product description.

What does S925 mean?

S925 is the international hallmark for sterling silver — confirming 92.5% pure silver alloyed with 7.5% copper for strength. Every piece in our sterling silver range carries this stamp. It is the globally recognised standard for genuine sterling silver.

Will the jewelry tarnish or rust?

• Stainless steel: Does not tarnish or rust under normal wear. Corrosion-resistant by nature.
• Sterling silver: Develops a natural surface patina over time. Normal — polishes off completely with a silver cloth.
• Gold-plated: Plating can wear over time, especially with water and chemical exposure. PVD-plated pieces are significantly more durable.
• Copper and alloy: Can tarnish with air and moisture. Best for occasional wear, stored in a sealed pouch.

How do I find my ring size?

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the finger you plan to wear the ring on. Mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimetres — that is your finger circumference. Match it to our size chart.

What does “adjustable” or “open band” mean for rings?

The majority of our rings feature an open-band design — a gap in the band that allows you to gently press it inward or outward to fit your finger. These fit approximately US sizes 5–9. Do not bend the ring more than once or twice — repeated bending weakens the metal.

How do I measure my wrist for a bracelet?

Wrap a measuring tape around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Add 1–1.5 cm for a snug fit, or 2–3 cm for a relaxed look. Full bracelet length chart is on the Size Guide page.

What necklace length should I choose?

18 inches (45 cm) is the most popular — sits just below the collarbone and works with most necklines. For a choker look, choose 14–16 inches. For layering or sweater chains, 24 inches and above. Full chart on the Size Guide page.

I am buying as a gift and do not know the size. What should I choose?

Choose an adjustable piece. The majority of our bracelets and many of our rings are adjustable — they fit a wide range of sizes without needing an exact measurement. For necklaces, 18 inches is the most universally flattering length.

What is the difference between gold-plated and vacuum-plated (PVD)?

Standard electroplating deposits a thin gold layer using an electric current — it looks identical to PVD initially but is thinner and more susceptible to wear. Vacuum plating (PVD) bonds the finish at a molecular level in a vacuum chamber, producing a significantly harder, more durable coating that resists fading and scratching far better. Our PVD pieces are on stainless steel bases — our most resilient finish option.

If long-term colour retention matters, look for “vacuum plated” or “PVD” in the product description.

Will the gold colour fade?

On standard electroplated pieces, the finish can wear over time with water, sweat, and chemical exposure. Keeping the piece dry and storing it in a soft pouch extends the plating life significantly. On PVD-plated stainless steel, the finish holds its colour much longer under the same conditions.

What finishes are available?

Across our catalog: gold, rose gold, silver, black, steel colour, white gold, and brushed/matte. Availability varies by piece — check the individual product page for options on that specific style.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our stainless steel and S925 sterling silver pieces are hypoallergenic for the vast majority of people. 316L stainless steel contains nickel within internationally safe limits and does not react with skin under normal wear. S925 silver is 92.5% pure silver — the 7.5% copper component may cause reactions in people with a specific copper sensitivity, which is uncommon.

If you have a known metal allergy, we recommend stainless steel or S925 silver over alloy or copper-based pieces.

Why is my copper bracelet leaving a green mark on my skin?

This is a completely normal chemical reaction between copper and the natural acids in your sweat — not a sign of poor quality or a harmful reaction. The green mark washes off easily with soap and water. It is more likely in humid conditions or during exercise. If it bothers you, choose a stainless steel or silver piece instead.

Are your pieces safe for sensitive skin?

Yes — our stainless steel and S925 silver pieces are the safest choices for sensitive skin. They are free from lead and cadmium, and our suppliers comply with international jewelry safety standards. If you have a specific allergy, contact us before ordering and we will advise on the best material for you.

Can I wear your jewelry in water?

We recommend removing all jewelry before showering, swimming, or submerging in water — regardless of material. While stainless steel is water-resistant and will not rust from brief contact, prolonged water exposure and chemicals (chlorine, salt, soap) accelerate wear on plated finishes. Removing jewelry before water contact is the single most effective protective habit.

How do I place an order?

Browse the collection, select your style, colour, and size, and add to cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly — once dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel it. Reach out via our contact page with your order number and we will do our best to help.

I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?

Yes — where possible, all items in a single order are shipped together. In rare cases where items are dispatched from different locations, you may receive separate packages with individual tracking information.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Gift box options are available on select products — check the product page for availability. If you need gift packaging and do not see the option listed, contact us before ordering.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled by Shopify’s secure payment infrastructure.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will check availability.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated windows are shown during checkout before you confirm your order. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you have not received tracking information within the expected processing time, check your spam folder first — then contact us with your order number.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

Check your tracking link first. If it shows delivered but you have not received the package, check with neighbours and your building’s reception. If the issue persists, contact us with your order number and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering if you are unsure.

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Contact us immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Damaged or incorrect items are our responsibility. We will resolve it with a replacement or full refund — depending on your preference and stock availability. We do not ask customers to return damaged items at their own cost.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — contact us with your order number and the size you need. To avoid sizing issues in the first place, use our Size Guide before ordering.

The piece I received looks slightly different from the photo. Is that normal?

Minor colour variations can occur due to screen calibration and photography lighting. Natural materials — freshwater pearls, raw gemstones, ceramic beads — will have natural variation between pieces, which is expected and a mark of authenticity. If the piece looks significantly different from what was described, contact us with photos and we will assess it.

How do I clean my jewelry?

It depends on the material. Stainless steel: soft cloth with warm water. Sterling silver: silver polishing cloth. Gold-plated: dry soft cloth only. Stone-set pieces: soft damp cloth and a very soft toothbrush for intricate settings. Full instructions for every material are on our Jewelry Care page.

My silver piece has turned dark. Is it ruined?

No — it has tarnished, which is a completely normal surface reaction on sterling silver. It is not damage. Use a silver polishing cloth and rub gently in one direction — the tarnish comes off and the original lustre returns. For heavier tarnish, a brief soak in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap followed by a soft toothbrush works well.

Can I shower or swim with my jewelry on?

We recommend against it for all materials. Water, chlorine, and salt accelerate wear on plated finishes and affect other materials over time. Stainless steel is the most water-tolerant in our range, but even stainless steel benefits from being kept dry. Remove jewelry before water contact as a general rule.

How should I store my jewelry?

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratching. Keep sterling silver in an airtight pouch or zip-lock bag to slow tarnish. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity — avoid bathrooms. Hang necklaces and chain bracelets where possible to prevent tangling.

How many products do you carry?

Our catalog currently spans over 400 pieces across bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings, anklets, brooches, and hair jewelry. We add new pieces regularly.

A product I want is out of stock. Will it come back?

Contact us with the product name and we will let you know if and when it is expected back in stock. For popular pieces, we do restock regularly.

Do you sell couple or matching sets?

Are your pieces suitable for men?

Yes. We carry pieces specifically designed for men — including stainless steel bracelets, titanium rings, hip hop chains, and dog tag necklaces — as well as a large range of unisex styles.

Do you carry bridal or wedding jewelry?

We carry pieces that work well for bridal styling — hair accessories with pearl and crystal embellishments, delicate necklaces, and zircon rings.
